Lu Kyone's role

Lu Kyone / MyKiloSell is a connecting marketplace that helps senders, travelers or carriers, and Cargo businesses find and communicate with one another. Lu Kyone is not a courier company, does not itself accept or transport packages, and does not make the final agreement for users. Lu Kyone does not verify every user, package, transaction, or Cargo service.

Your responsibility for each arrangement

Before proceeding, the people involved must independently check the other party, the package, route, price, timing, and applicable legal requirements. The users or businesses involved—not Lu Kyone—are responsible for:

• confirming that an item and the proposed transport are legal and comply with applicable airline, customs, and other rules;
• opening and inspecting packages in the sender's presence rather than accepting unknown sealed packages;
• agreeing the payment amount, method, timing, and any deposit;
• checking and agreeing whether insurance or tracking applies and what happens if an item is lost or damaged;
• agreeing safe handoff and delivery locations, times, recipient details, and contact arrangements; and
• making and keeping the final agreement between themselves.

Prohibited and illegal use

You must not use Lu Kyone to arrange, request, promote, or carry illegal or prohibited items or activity. This includes illegal drugs or prohibited medicines, weapons or explosives, counterfeit currency, stolen goods, and items banned by applicable airline, customs, or other law. Do not accept an item when its contents or legality are unclear.

Safety, reports, and moderation

Users should review profiles, listings, travel details, package information, and available reviews before making an arrangement. Lu Kyone provides Report and Block tools for suspicious, unsafe, fraudulent, or prohibited conduct. Reports may be reviewed by authorized administrators. Content may be hidden or removed, requests may be closed, and accounts or marketplace access may be suspended when needed to operate and protect the marketplace.

User content

You are responsible for the profiles, listings, photos, messages, comments, replies, reviews, reports, and other content you submit. Only upload or share content and contact information that you are permitted to provide. Lu Kyone may process and moderate user-generated content as described in the Privacy Policy and the app's existing safety and moderation features.

Privacy and account deletion

Personal information and marketplace records are handled under the Privacy Policy. You may request account deletion through the app or follow the public account deletion instructions. Some shared, moderation, review, audit, deletion-operation, or backup records may be removed, de-identified, or retained as explained on those pages.
